V článku se studuje teplotní pole formy a odlitku při odlévání čistého kovu do syrových pískových forem. Pro jednoduchost se uvažuje jednorozměrný model, odlévaný materiál je hliník, forma je tvořena vlhkým křemenným pískem (bez dalších příměsí). Numerické výsledky a experimentální měření vykázaly uspokojivou shodu.

The temperature distribution in both the casting and the mold were considered. For the sake of simplicity the one-dimensional model, the aluminium casting and the silica sand with moisture as the only ingredience were considered. The numerical experiments were compared with the experimental measurements and the satisfactory agreement was obtained.
