K bezkontaktnímu měření otáček je možné použít celou řadu snímačů, které se však liší svými parametry. Navržený funkční vzorek zprostředkovává pracoviště pro ověřování vlastností testovaných snímačů s ohledem na plánované použití. Konstrukce zařízení byla navržena s ohledem na nízké pořizovací náklady a snadnou manipulovatelnost. Hardwarová část demonstrátoru se skládá z regulovaného ventilátoru, testovaného snímače, stabilizovaného zdroje napětí, kabeláže, měřicí karty NI USB6009 a počítače. Součástí řešení je také softwarové vybavení pro sběr a vyhodnocení dat vytvořené v programovém prostředí LabView a Dewesoft. Zařízení je využíváno zaměstnanci Ústavu konstruování a studenty VUT.

There are a bunch of sensors for contactless revolution measurements with different technical parameters. The designed device is an experimental rig for evaluation of these sensors parameters in terms of suggested measurement task. The design of device is cheap and mobile. The analog part of the experimental rig is assembled from controlled fan, examined sensor, stabilized power supply, data acquisition card NI USB6009 and computer. An application in LabView and Dewesoft for data acquisition and analysis is a part of the experimental rig solution. The device is utilized by employees of the Institute of machine design and BUT students.
