Software

program umožňuje výpočet parametrů výtoku dvoufázové směsi kapalina - plyn, např. v aplikacích pro dvoumédiové trysky s vnitřním směšováním. Metoda výpočtu je založena na kombinaci modelu homogenního dvoufázového toku a modelu separovaného dvoufázového toku. Výpočet umožňuje nastavit různé parametry tepelné interakce obou médií (izotermní, adiabatický i polytropický). Výpočet zohledňuje i tvar výstupního otvoru a reologické vlastnosti kapaliny. Vstupem jsou fyzikální vlastnosti kapaliny a plynu, geometrie trysky a provozní podmínky. Výstupem je soubor obsahující běžně udávané charakteristiky dvoufázového toku a přehledné grafické zobrazení výstupních dat. Program umožňuje automatický výpočet parametrů s variací vstupních hodnot tlaku a GLR.

The software program provides a calculation of the parameters of two-phase liquid-gas discharge for example in applications for twin-fluid atomizers with internal mixing (e.g. effervescent atomizers). The method is based on combination of the homogeneous flow model and separated flow model. Variable conditions of thermal interaction between the liquid and gas are possible (isothermal, adiabatic and polytropic). Also exit orifice shape and rheologic properties of the discharged liquid are included into the calculation. The software uses data on the atomizer geometry, liquid physical properties and operation conditions. All common values characterizing the two-phase discharge are calculated and exported into a file and displayed in a plot.
