Original Abstract

Článek se zabývá vlivem nerovnosti příčného průřezu zkušebních těles na výsledky zkoušek v tahu ohybem. Ke zkouškám byla použita tělesa z extrudovaného vláknocementu s různými příčnými průřezy. Jednalo se o plný čtvercový průřez, dutý čtvercový průřez a dutý kruhový průřez. Tělesa byla podrobena zkoušce tříbodovým ohybem, přičemž byly zvoleny dva různé způsoby aplikace zatížení – liniové, nebo bodové zatížení.

English abstract

The article deals with the influence of the specimens cross-section irregularity on the results obtained from the three point bending tests. Specimens of extruded fibre cement of various cross-sections were used for the tests, namely, solid square cross-section, hollow square cross section and hollow circular cross-section. The specimens were loaded by the three point bending test with two different ways of load application. The first variant was a line load (in the form of a roller with the length overhanging the width of the specimen) and the second variant was a point load (in the form of a ball). The outcomes of the experiment are the values of the bending strength for each type of cross-section and for both types of load application.
