Original Abstract

This article deals with questions of real estate development activities and their connection with a new management branch – facility management. Facility management is in our country a relatively new discipline. It deals with organization and management of facilities and property management and also with optimization of basic activities of companies. This discipline is mainly about working environment, workers and work itself. Use of principles of Facility Management is appropriate for all economically stable companies, including real estate development companies.
