V poslední době je při realizaci nových i rekonstrukci stávajících zdravotnických objektů kladen důraz na minimalizaci pořizovacích nákladů stavby jako celku a zejména jednotlivých funkčních částí TZB. Mezi ty nejnákladnější patří vzduchotechnika. Jedním z jejích úkolů je zabezpečení požadavků vyplý-vajících z požárně bezpečnostního řešení stavby (PBŘ). Jedná se zejména o větrání chráněných úniko-vých cest (CHUĆ), požární větrání filtrů, chodeb apod. Článek ukazuje na stoupající náklady spojené s realizací těchto zařízení a mnohdy i neslučitelnost ně-kterých požadavků PBŘ a možností technického řešení VZT

Recently, the implementation of new and reconstruction of existing health facilities, emphasis on minimizing the cost of construction as a whole and particular functional parts of the building services. The most expensive are air conditioning. One of its tasks is to ensure the requirements arising from fire safety design of the building (PBR). These include ventilation protected escape door-tion paths (CHUĆ), fire ventilation filters, corridors, etc. The article shows the rising costs associated with the implementation of these devices and often incompatible with them, which claims and PBR possible technical solution for HVAC
