Abstract

Software enables complex 2D and 3D digital images processing, especially confocal microscope outputs. For example, loading images of various formats, 2D and 3D adaptive histogram equalization, linear and non-linear filters, Discrete Fourier Transform and Inverse Discrete Fouirer Transform, frequency filters, image registration, 3D object reconstruction, etc.
