Original Abstract
This contribution describes a method for identification and control of analyzer which is used for evaluation of indexes CSR and CRI. Those indexes are very important for evaluation of quality of blast furnace coke. The analyzer itself is a ceramic furnace that uses resistance based heating elements. The furnace is divided into 3 sections to assure relatively homogeneous heating. The research task was performed as a direct cooperation between industry and Brno University of Technology and was solved at Department of Control and Instrumentation of faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
