Original Abstract

Při stavebně technických průzkumech zděných konstrukcích se setkáváme s potřebou určení pevnostních charakteristik zděných kusových materiálů. V ČSN 73 0038 v čl. 3.1.6 jsou definovány podmínky, kdy je nezbytné ověřit vlastnosti materiálů zkouškami. V příloze P3.2.2. bod 2) se připouští zjišťování pevností s využitím nedestruktivních metod zkoušení za předpokladu, že jsou k dispozici potřebné kalibrační vztahy. Na rozdíl od nedestruktivních metod zkoušení betonu nejsou zkušební metody pro cihlářské výrobky kodifikovány v příslušní ČSN a nejsou tudíž i k dispozici potřebné kalibrační vztahy.

English abstract

The paper deals with evaluation of utility of non-destructive testing methods for determination of compressive strength of full bricks built in to wall. For practical utilization there are suitable hardness testing methods, for example: Schidt hardness tester type LB and also Waitzman hardness tester. The utilization of dynamic testing methods is questionable, because the results are influenced by faults in ceramic material. The faults have strong influence on speed parameters of ultrasonic pulses and frequency, but influence on real compressive strength does not correspond with correlation parameters of nondestructive testing.
