Original Abstract

Problems of motion control of mechatronic systems including friction like feed drives of numeric controlled machines will be discussed. The first part of the paper analyses the static and dynamic behaviours of the friction and discusses various mathematical models of friction (static Coulomb-model, Stribeck-model, six-parameters dynamic model). The dynamic error of a target tracking will be simulated applying position feedback system with a mechanical part, including mathematical model of the frictione. The main nonlinearity of the friction is near the zero-speed. It is necessary to consider a break-away force, the Stribeck-effect, a presliding displacement and a stick-slip.
