Original Abstract

Paper deals with analysis of the powerful synchronous machine. Parametric model of the machine was proposed and design variables were defined. Finite element analysis of the machine was performed in order to achieve minimal solution time of the parametric optimization. Main contribution of the parametric optimization will be the parameters sensitivity on the flux density and also on the induced voltage. Optimization strategy will be proposed in terms of total harmonic distortion minimization.
