Original Abstract

This article deals with the issue of brownfield sites. This term covers building which are usually abandoned or insufficiently utilized and at the same time they are considerably affected by their previous usage. They are often substantially polluted. That is why they are currently in the centre of attention. Thus this article handles the issue of brownfield sites from the point of view of their further use. It is focused on re-use of materials which are obtained during partial or complete demolitions and their further use in both the building industry and organic matter mixtures. The article also summarises suitable technological procedures in carrying out during partial and complete demolitions of these buildings. The result should be an economical and ecological procedure of disposal of various kinds of brownfield sites.
