Original Abstract
The numerical TEES simulation is based on solution of kinetic equation, when trapping, emission and recombination through defect levels in the band gap are described by Shottky-Read-Hall model. A set of simulations of the TEES glow curves with wide range of input parameters of deep levels (energy, capture cross section) were performed. The glow curves were then evaluated to determine the trapping parameters of deep levels by the variable heating rate method and the results were compared with input parameters of the calculation.
