Prototype

Jedná se o prototyp zařízení, jenž byla vyvinuta na základě předchozího vývoje v oblasti plnění pískovacího zařízení kolejových vozidel. Zařízení zohledňuje ve své konstrukci všechny nedostatky zjištěné při vývoji a testech na funkčním vzorku. Byly provedeny úpravy v oblasti spolehlivého usazení v pískovači, uzavírání průtoku písku z hubice a možnosti odsávání prostoru pískovače od zvířeného prachu a přetlaku z plnícího systému. Rovněž byla provedena optimalizace jak z hlediska ergonomie obsluhy, tak i lepší funkčnosti spolehlivosti a v neposlední řadě i optimalizace z hlediska výroby a tím spojených výrobních nákladů.

It is a prototype, which was developed on the basis of prior developments in the field performance of the blasting equipment of rail vehicles. The device takes into account in its construction all deficiencies found during development and testing for functional sample. Adjustments were made in the establishment of reliable sandblasting, sealing sand flow from the nozzle exhaust area and the possibility of swirling dust from sandblasting and pressure of the filling system. It also has been optimized both in terms of user-friendliness and reliability of the improved functionality and also the optimization in terms of production and the related costs.
