Original Abstract

Příspěvek se zabývá tím, jak se snažíme na Fakultě chemické Vysokého učení technického v Brně motivovat pro studium matematiky nejen před, ale i během studia. Budoucí posluchače a posluchačky se snažíme motivovat hlavně v rámci kursu „Opakování základů středoškolské matematiky“, který studiu na naší fakultě předchází. Studující prvního semestru pak motivujeme hlavně v předmětu „Matematika I“,studující letního semestru v předmětu „Počítačová cvičení z matematiky“ a studující vyšších ročníku pak v předmětu „Matematika II“. Příspěvek popisuje nejen kde a jak se snažíme studující motivovat, ale také konkrétní ukázky motivačních příkladů.

English abstract

The conference paper deals with our attempts to motivate students for study of Mathematics before and during the study at he Faculty of Chemistry of Brno University of Technology in Brno. We try to motivate the future college students especially in course Repetition of Mathematics from high school which come before to study on our faculty. We motivate the students of the first semester especially in subject Mathematics I, the students of the second semester in subject Computer Exercises from Mathematics and the students of higher year especially in subject Mathematics II. The paper describes not only where and how we try to motivate the students, but also particular examples of motivation tasks.
