Abstract
Základem algoritmu je prahování modifikovaného obrazu plotny a postupné nalezení kružnic reprezentující okraje difuzní zóny. K výpočtu poloměrů kružnic slouží unikátní postup, který najde a spočítá pravděpodobnost jednotlivých poloměrů oblastí, které byly spočítány na základě proměnného parametru algoritmu. Postup byl testován na klinických vzorcích určených pro kvantifikaci účinnosti antibiotik podávaných pacientům nemocnice.
Abstract in English
The basis of the algorithm is thresholding of modified image and finding the circles representing the edge diffusion zone on agar plate. To calculate the radii of the circles, the unique procedure that finds and calculates the probability of individual radii areas, which were calculated based on variable parameter algorithm. The method was tested on clinical samples.
