Original Abstract

Článek prezentuje výsledky empirického výzkumu uskutečněného v podmínkách českého trhu rizikového a rozvojového kapitálu. Cílem výzkumu bylo nalézt odpovědi na následující otázky: Dochází na českém trhu rizikového a rozvojového kapitálu k transferu manažerského know-how ze strany investorů směrem k financovaným podnikům? Pakliže ano, o jaké konkrétní formy odborné pomoci jde? Jaký postoj zaujímají financované podniky k poradenství ze strany externích investorů? Charakter této studie je explorativní. Opírá se o primární data, která byla sbírána metodou dotazníkového šetření. Data byla zpracována metodami popisné statistiky respektujícími jejich charakter a množství a metodou obsahové analýzy. Výsledky studie jsou v části „diskuse a závěr“ předmětem komparace s výzkumnými výsledky publikovanými v zahraničí v podmínkách rozvinutých finančních trhů.

English abstract

This paper presents the results of empirical research conducted within the Czech market venture capital. The aim of the research was to find answers to the following questions: Czech occurs on the venture capital transfer of managerial know-how on the part of investors towards funded enterprises? If so, what specific forms of support it? What attitude funded enterprises to advice from outside investors? The nature of this study is exploratory. It is based on primary data, which were collected by questionnaires. Data were processed by means of descriptive statistics respecting the nature and the amount and method of content analysis. Results of the study are in the "Discussion and Conclusion" subject to comparison with research results published abroad in terms of developed financial markets.
