Original Abstract
In nanotechnology, nanopillars structure is one of morphologies of nanoscale objects. Highly ordered nanopillar arrays are commonly used for display technologies, optical sensors and for solar cells. One very promising application of ordered nanopillars are sensing applications in electrochemistry and gas sensing. Research of nanostructured nanopillars areas fabricated using metal anodic oxidation requires suitable equipment, where different conditions could be used for nanopillars fabrication. This paper presents a device for controlled growth of nanopillars fabricated by metal anodic oxidation through an alumina nanoporous template. Finally the examples of successfully fabricated structures using developed device are shown.
