Original Abstract
Photovoltaics solar power is a long time an important source of clean energy from renewable sources. It is one of the most promising alternative energy sources in global scale installed capacity in the world. Photovoltaics area needs a modern and advancing diagnostic and control methods of defects in crystal lattice of silicon solar cells. According to method of excitation of the luminescence radiation from silicon solar cells we are talking about electroluminescence, photoluminescence or method of micro-plasma radiation. The main idea of the present paper is already implied in the title. Basically we are talking about luminescence spectroscopy, which can be understood as the science dealing with the origin and properties of all kinds of spectra. Luminescence center is formed during recombination between energy levels of a solar cell. The theoretical interpretation and description of potential changes in the characteristics of the emission of radiation depending on the defect of the luminescence centers opens up further potential opportunities and of course other new issues in the diagnosis of defects in silicon solar cells using luminescence methods.
Keywords
