Original Abstract
The paper deals with question how production could be supported during production processes in engineering. Successful production could be designed with high value added provided to customer, and low level of expend costs on product. Important part of production has become material flow which is crucial field because of the suppliers, quality of products or time efficiency. In this paper is main aim to provide view into production processes in engineering with help of production methods like Total Quality Management, EFQM excellence model, Six sigma and Just-in-Time. There exist many other methods, but by using several of them should be created important competitive advantage. The aim of this paper is to describe way how to create more effective material flow in chosen company as way to increase corporate productivity. This paper is based on primary research, where case study was used.
