Original Abstract

Každý developer před začátkem stavby provádí investiční rozhodnutí. Toto rozhodnutí se zakládá na efektivitě projektu. Hlavním ukazatelem efektivnosti je částka zisku. Cílem článku je popis a definice manažerského rozhodnutí v rámci vývoje projektu a jeho dopad na účinnost projektu. Abychom byli schopni posoudit výši zisku pro každou z variant, je nutné nastavit vstupní hodnoty pro tyto možnosti. Při výběru nejvhodnější varianty respektujeme jako nejvýznamnější ukazatel efektivity výši zisku a manažerské rozhodnutí. Výstupem článku bude nastavení ekonomických ukazatelů vyjadřující efektivnost projektu pro každou variantu řešení. Na závěr článku bude zhodnoceno, které rozhodnutí je pro projekt developera nejefektivnější.

English abstract

Each developer before the beginning of the construction carries out the investment decisions. This decision is based on the effectiveness of the project. The main indicator of efficiency is the amount of profit. The aim of the paper is a description and definition of managerial decisions in the framework of the development of the project and its impact on the effectiveness of the project. We were able to assess the amount of the profit for each of the variants, it is necessary to set the input values for these options. When selecting the most suitable variants we respect as the most important indicator of the effectiveness of the managerial decisions and the profit level. The output of the paper will be the settings for each variant solutions, in conclusion, the paper will conclude, which management decisions is for the project developer the best.
