Original Abstract
Selected group of ductile fracture criteria, used for fracture prediction in metal forming processes is the object of this study. The aim is to evaluate their predictive capacity in different conditions, characterised by different stress and strain history. The method used is based on comparison of upsetting tests, that were conducted until first fracture, and their numerical simulation. Different geometry and friction of specimens was used to obtain various stress-strain history. Results of the analysed criteria are presented and the successful ones are then applied to the process of cold forming of bolts.
