Original Abstract

Moderní vzdělávání klade důraz na rozvoj všech klíčových kompetencí. Ve školní edukaci má být zastoupeno všeobecné i odborné vzdělávání. Profil absolventa vyžaduje nejen osvojení znalostí, ale i dovedností potřebných pro úspěšné začlenění do praxe. Ve školách je velmi obtížné najít optimální proporci mezi všeobecným a odborným vzděláváním tak, aby byly dosaženy všechny cíle výuky vyplývající z implementace kurikula. Příspěvek ukazuje obtížnost nalezení rovnováhy mezi oběma přístupy. Analyzuje též zpětnovazební výsledky výuky společenskovědních předmětů v kurikulu technické univerzity. Poukazuje na zkušenosti s řešením dichotomie všeobecného a odborného a hledá náměty ke zlepšení. Příspěvek tím dostává retrospektivní charakter i futurologické zamyšlení nad tím, jak využít dosavadní zkušenosti pro další rozvoj „školy jako učící se organizace“.

English abstract

Modern education emphasises the development of all key competences. General and specialised education should be incorporated into school education. Graduates' profile requires not only the acquisition of knowledge but also of skills necessary for successful integration into praxis. It is very difficult to find an optimal proportion between general and specialised education in other to achieve all the educational aims of teaching arising from curriculum implementation in schools. This article shows the difficulty of finding the right balance between the two approaches. It also analyses feedback reflection of teaching social subjects in the technical university curriculum. It also refers to the experience of dealing with the dichotomy between general and specialised education and it also finds ways the improvement. This article shows a retrospective view and futurological thinking about how to use the current experience for further development of 'a school as a learning organisation'.
