Original Abstract
The aim of this study is to introduce key characteristics of HPO company and current struggle with talented applicants attraction. There had been conducted literature review of current HPO approaches and studies devoted to the topic of personnel marketing. This study is describing the particular application of both of these concepts. Performance of the company is as well important as the ability to attract and maintain talented individuals thanks to sophisticated personnel marketing approaches. Study allows to understand which factors are affecting HPO´s performance and to be able to set criteria, which allow distinguishing whether organization could be considered as HPO. We focus at factors describing the HPO approach in the field of Key partnerships, Care of employee and Support of science in chosen international company. Next up there is an evaluation of personnel marketing thanks to external as well as internal presentation of the selected company and its effort to increase the perceived attractivity among applicants.
