Original Abstract

Současné informační systémy podniku většinou neumožňují zpracování informací pro potřeby strategického rozhodování pracovníků vrcholového řízení firmy. Autor předkládá svoje pojetí Competitive Intelligence vycházející z potřeby nově definovat procesy Competitive Intelligence, které by měly být na podnicích zajištěny. Tyto procesy vymezuje v podobě tzv. Základního zpravodajského cyklu, který je možno optimálně strukturovat dle konkrétních požadavků a podmínek podniku.

English abstract

The present information systems of industrial companies often do not answer to the level of the information processing as demanded by the needs for strategic decision - making often carried off by present top business management. The author brings in his concept of Competitive Intelligence that arises from the necessity to re-define those Competitive Intelligence processes that companies should introduce and utilize. The processes described here are formulated as so called Basic Intelligence Cycle and they may optimally be further structured according to specific demands and conditions of the company.
