Stavebnictví, zejména výroba stavebních hmot byly při zpracování druhotných surovin vždy velmi významnou oblastí využívání.

English abstract

The building industry always represented a significant area in the utilization of industrial wastes. The state policy concerning the environment reflects the demands of the EU including the proclaimed support of increased utilization of industrial wastes. The universally desirable activity of processors of wastes is often not adequately regulated in a legislative and environmental way.
