Original Abstract
The presented work was aimed to the study of changes of electrical properties of organic materials under the influence of the humidity. The effect was investigated on selected materials, as polypyrrol and polythiophene. The special attention was paid to phtalocyanines consisted of heterocycles with different substituents. The number of hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups in their structure is relevant information from the view of their applications in electrical sensors. The hydrophilic groups can interact with molecules of water or dissociate under the influence of humidity and thus affect their electrical properties. Impedance spectroscopy and direct current measurements were used for the characterization. During the influence of the humidity the electrical parameters of the capacity, increase. The time of saturation, adsorption and desorption were investigated too, as well as the changes in electrical properties under the repetition of the humidity exposure.
