Original Abstract

Závěrečná zpráva smlouvy o dílo č.: 17417/2018/00 pojednává o auditu údržby provozu KFT (provoz na výrobu kyseliny fosforečné termické) Fosfa a.s. Břeclav s ohledem na jeho údržbu. Cílem je z uvedeného hlediska posoudit kritická zařízení provozu, která byla dříve určena firmou IPA Slovakia za pomocí zaměstnanců firmy Fosfa a.s. a především posoudit další ve firmě existující stroje a zařízení. V závěrečné práci je použita metodika analýzy FMECA a jsou navrženy na zlepšení údržby různé preventivní a prediktivní metody technické diagnostiky. Výsledkem je výčet kritických zařízení dle námi navrženého postupu ve firmě Fosfa a.s. Břeclav. V závěru je proveden rozbor výše uvedeného a porovnán stávající stav s výsledky auditu. Přínosy auditu jsou prezentovány ve formě konkrétních doporučení.

English abstract

The final report of the contract no .: 17417/2018/00 deals with the audit of maintenance of the operation of KFT (phosphoric acid production plant) Fosfa a.s. Břeclav with regard to its maintenance. The aim is to assess the critical operation facilities previously identified by IPA Slovakia with the help of Fosfa a.s. and, above all, to assess other machines and equipment existing in the company. In the final work is used methodology FMECA and are designed to improve maintenance of various preventive and predictive methods of technical diagnostics. The result is a list of critical devices according to our proposed procedure in Fosfa a.s. Břeclav. In conclusion, the above is analyzed and the current situation is compared with the results of the audit. The benefits of the audit are presented in the form of specific recommendations.
