Original Abstract

Chytré parkovací systémy jsou jedním z konceptů moderní udržitelné dopravy v chytrých městech, které zvyšují efektivitu parkovacích ploch za účelem zlepšení kvality života, ekologického dopadu a bezpečnosti. Systémy využívají pokročilé informační technologie jako je například internet věcí, velká data, umělou inteligenci, strojové učení a další. Tento článek je zaměřen na možnosti a limity parkovacích systémů, které tyto technologie využívají. Jsou uvedeny základní charakteristiky a funkce jednotlivých systémů nabízené v současné době na trhu. Vhodnost použití odlišných systémů na různých typech parkovišť se musí brát v potaz, aby nedošlo k nesprávnému výběru chytrého parkovacího systému, a tím ke snížení využitelnosti parkoviště. Jelikož je problematika parkování ve městech velice aktuální, nabízí se využití těchto parkovacích systémů k vyřešení situace.

English abstract

Smart parking systems are one of the concepts of modern sustainable transport in Smart Cities that increase parking space efficiency to improve quality of life, environmental impact and safety. The systems use advanced information technologies such as the Internet of Things, Big Data, artificial intelligence, machine learning and more. This paper focuses on the possibilities and limits of parking systems that use these technologies. The basic characteristics and functions of individual systems offered on the market are given. The suitability of using different systems in different types of car parks must be considered in order to avoid incorrect selection of a smart parking system and thus reduce the usability of the car park. As the issue of urban parking is very topical, it is possible to use these parking systems to solve the situation.
