Original Abstract

The aim of the presented work is to study the possibilities of preparation of thin layers of soluble phtalocyanines (Pcs) and to investigate their humidity sensing and optical sensing properties. The samples were prepared by spin coating technique at glass substrates covered by indium tin oxide and treated in low temperature oxygen plasma. The creation and deposition of polymer blend comprising Pcs and film-creating polymer poly(methyl methacrylate) - PMMA and/or poly(2,3-dihydrothieno-1,4-dioxin) - PEDOT conduce to processing of thin layers whose properties combine optical properties of Pcs and mechanical properties of the polymer. The photoconductivity increases by the doping of Pcs by poly(phenylene vinylene) derivative and thus optical sensitivity of phtalocyanines too. The UV-VIS and fluorescence spectroscopy methods were measured as the basic characterization of Pcs thin layers. Changes of electrical properties induced by humidity or light absorption were measured by impedance spectroscopy and direct current measurement.
