Original Abstract

This paper demonstrates the possibility of using cost-benefit analysis to evaluate investments in the development of local distribution systems, specifically the modernization of distribu-tion transformers. The article interprets the results of the analysis of three investment variants of a specific company operating a local distribution system in the Czech Republic.
