Original Abstract

Článek vznikl na základě osobních zkušeností autora během sedmileté praxe v architektonické kanceláři, která se zabývá výhradně tvorbou územně plánovací dokumentace a jejich podkladů. V textu jsou shrnuty některé poznatky, stereotypy a limity, které tuto činnost provází a zatěžují. Text si neklade za cíl popsat problematiku v celé šíři a komplexnosti, ale zaměřuje se pouze na ty aspekty, které přímo či nepřímo souvisí s plánováním individuální rodinné obytné zástavby. Autor se pokouší zachytit vliv územně plánovací dokumentace na výslednou kvalitu širšího urbánního obytného prostředí sídla. V závěru textu jsou naznačeny možnosti, v rámci stávajících nástrojů územního plánování, které by mohly přispět ke zvyšování kvality a rozvíjení urbanistické pestrosti v lokalitách individuálního bydlení. English abstract

This article was created on the basis of the author's personal experience during seven years of practice in an architectural office, which deals exclusively with the creation of spatial planning documentation and their documents. The text summarizes some findings, stereotypes and limits that accompany and burden this activity. The text does not aim to describe the issue in its entirety and complexity, but focuses only on those aspects that are directly or indirectly related to the planning of the individual family housing. The author tries to capture the influence of the spatial planning documentation on the resulting quality of the wider urban living environment of the settlement. At the end of the text, the possibilities are indicated, within the existing tools of the spatial planning which could contribute to increasing quality and development of urban diversity in localities of individual housing.
