Original Abstract

Článek se zabývá problematikou energetické náročnosti budov stávajícího bytového fondu ČR. Autoři vycházejí mimo jiné z dat ze sčítání lidu z roku 2011, která již byla zveřejněna. Nová data ze sčítání lidu z roku 2021 budou plně uveřejněna až ve třetím čtvrtletí tohoto roku, a jsou v článku zahrnuta pouze okrajově. Článek popisuje situaci bytového fondu z pohledu spotřeby paliv, pozornost je věnována také rekonstrukcím stávajících budov. Čtenář by měl získat alespoň hrubou představu o tom, v jakém stavu je bytový fond ČR z pohledu energetické náročnosti budov a jaký je do budoucna potenciál obnovy bytového fondu. Závěr článku představuje ve stručnosti návrh nové směrnice pro energetickou náročnost budov z Evropského parlamentu EPBD IV, která bude mít velký dopad nejen na novostavby, ale i na stávající budovy.

English abstract

The article deals with the issue of energy performance of buildings in the existing housing stock of the Czech Republic. The authors draw, among other things, on data from the 2011 census, which has already been published. New data from the 2021 census will be fully published in the third quarter of this year and are only marginally included in the article. The article describes the situation of the housing stock in terms of fuel consumption, and attention is also paid to the renovation of existing buildings. The reader should get at least a rough idea of the state of the housing stock in the Czech Republic in terms of the energy performance of buildings and the potential for future renovation of the housing stock. The article concludes by briefly presenting the proposal for a new Energy Performance of Buildings Directive from the European Parliament, EPBD IV, which will have a major impact not only on new buildings but also on existing buildings.
