Original Abstract

Restructuring of economy is necessary condition of its efficiency growth. Only very few restructuring is possible to realize without new investments in technologies, development and implementing of new products, market research etc. The biggest problem of realization of new investments is security of their financing. The cause of this state is low level of financial resources creation by own business activity. Interyearly the number of profitable companies increases, but average achieved profit to equity is low. In this situation is financing of investments dependant on possibilities to dispose of external financial resources.
