Original Abstract

Tahové chladicí věže typu Iterson jsou celosvětově běžně využívané v energetice pro chlazení vody u klasických i jaderných elektráren. Pro jejich diagnostiku i sanaci je velmi důležité zpřístupnění celé konstrukce, realizované pomocí zavěšených plošin. Diagnostikou se stanoví aktuální stav konstrukčních celků a v nich zabudovaných materiálů, a určí se majoritní degradační vlivy. Na výsledky diagnostiky pak, v případě zjištění významnějších poruch, navazuje sanace, zahrnující odstranění poškozených částí betonu a výztuže, a jejich opětovné doplnění, případně lze některé prvky nahradit. Sanace obvykle zahrnuje i aplikaci nátěrů na povrch betonu, tento krok přispívá k ochraně konstrukce (omezení karbonatace, regulace vlhkosti) i ke zlepšení jejího vzhledu.

English abstract

Natural draught cooling towers of the Iterson type are commonly used worldwide in the energy industry for cooling water at conventional and nuclear power plants. For their diagnosis and repair, it is very important to make the entire structure accessible, realized with the use of suspended platforms. Diagnostics determines the current state of structural units and the materials incorporated in them, and determines the major causes of degradation. In case of detection of more significant defects, repair will be carried out, including the removal of damaged parts of concrete and reinforcement, and their replenishment, or some elements can be replaced. Repair and protection usually also includes the application of coatings to the surface of the concrete, this step is useful to protect the structure (limitation of carbonation, moisture regulation) and to improve its appearance.
