We tell the story of the Atrium building in three acts. In the first act, we explain how a plot of land in Warsaw’s Wola district became the setting for an international business investment experiment in the 1990s. In the second act, we follow the process of a temporary change in the building’s functional programme - accomodation for the immigrants. In the final part, we tell the story of the new life of the building’s architectural substance - reuse of the demolished building material including windows and facade elements.
