Original Abstract

Článek se zabývá analýzou deformačně napěťových stavů acetabulární komponenty totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. Práce je zaměřena na necementovanou CLS press-fit jamku a její interakci v soustavě pánevní kost/jamka/hlavice endoprotézy. Řešeny byly dvě varianty: První variantou byla analýza jamky aplikované v acetabulu se zdravou kostní tkání, druhá varianta zkoumala vliv defektu uvnitř acetabula.

English abstract

This paper deals with the stress-strain analysis of acetabular component of total hip joint replacement. The work is particularly oriented on the uncemented CLS press-fit cup and its interaction in the pelvis-cup-head system. It describes a formation of the geometric and computational model of the system, and stress-strain states in two variants are presented. The first variant is engaged in the solution of the cup applied in the acetabulum of undamaged bone tissue. The second variant is focused on the interaction of the cup with the damaged tissue, which can be caused by various reasons. This variant examines the influence of the damage on the stress states of the CLS press-fit cup. The problem was solved by numerical simulation through FEM program system Ansys 10.0.
