Original Abstract

The part of the modernization process was in most cases realized by the construction of mixing centers for the production of fly ash stabilizers, which are used for closing and technical rehabilitation of land fills. The deciding innovation theme was the solution of exact mixing and humidification of the fly ash and of other dry components with water. This enables the production of the stabilizer following the given formulas. The produced stabilizer can be certified as building material, which fulfils a number of technological and ecological demands. The machinery produced with the utilization of research projects outputs shows in comparison with deliveries from abroad higher operational reliability, lower production costs and they are always delivered under more favourable price conditions.
