The very frequent demand of the practice is the correct evaluation of the reinforced concrete structures stage and the prediction of their further service life. The methods of diagnostic procedures are in the present worked up in the detailed way. Notwithstanding some their aspects are marginalized in many cases even by specialized companies. The attention during the evaluation of the structures condition is mostly directed towards the visual evaluation of the reinforced concrete structure, towards the determination of the concrete physico-mechanical parameters (namely to the strength values) and towards the reinforcement. This approach can in many cases lead to misleading or to entirely wrong conclusions. The submitted paper demonstrates the non substitutable task of chemical analyses in the course of reinforced structures evaluation.
