Original Abstract
This paper brings knowledge about comparison of pow-er efficiency and operating parameters of specific lighting controllers. This is very important task in design of lighting systems, because the right choice of the controller can bring to the operator of the lighting system not only the sophisticated method of lighting control, but also a significant financial savings. There is described the controller for public lighting Intelux NG, controlling ballasts DALI and also the controller for LED luminaires. At this controller there is obvious highest power savings by reduced luminous flux. For different lighting sources and different lighting controllers are performed measurements, which show, how specific luminaires operate in specific applications, by full and reduced power and there are presented characteristics of input power on the produced luminous flux.
