Uzyskanie mieszanki betonowej spelniajacej wymogi mieszanki samozageszczalnej zwiazane jest ze zmiana skladu mieszanki betonowej w porównaniu do skladu tradycyjnie zageszczalnych betonów wibrowanych. Zasadnicza zmiana skladu mieszanki polega na zwiekszeniu udzialu frakcji pylastych L 0,125 mm . Wažna czešč w zawartošci tych frakcji oprócz cementu stanowia mikrowypelniacze, takie jak: popioly lotne, drobno mielony wapieň, žužel opiecowy, metakaolinit . Rodzaj i ilošč mikrowypelniaczy w cemencie wywiera istotny wplyw na wlašciwošci šwiežej mieszanki samozageszczalnej oraz na wlašciwošci stwardnialego betonu .
English abstract
This paper presents the preparation of self-compacting concrete (SCC) containing large amount of fly ash. After selecting the parameters of mix proportions, the SCC with good workability, and durability is developed. The compressive strength of concrete reach 11,2 MPa, and presents low permeability. The results of corrosion tests of concrete with high amount of fly ash show delicious durability against corrosive environments. Calcium hydroxide that is the first compound reactive with corrosive substances from environment (acid compound, sulphates) is bonded with fly ash by pozzolanic reaction. Consistent C-S-H gels are formed that do not allow penetrating no corrosive substances to hardened cement paste in concrete. Corrosion products are formed only a near of surface in sulphate solution and in mineral water where aggressive carbon dioxide is present. Water in solution caused the increasing compressive and bending strengths. When concrete is stored in a dry air (about 40 % R.H.), compressive strength slightly decreases because water is not present for pozzolanic reaction.
