Original Abstract

This contribution describes a proposal of the programme system for solving digital filtering especially with the regard to the selection of suitable filters for the arrangements of picture matrix in robotics, in the noise suppression, the accentuation of contours in lithography, etc. The propoused system also enabtes the basic operations of the Picture Processing in time and frequency areas.
