The financial support of the Czech Republic from the European Union and its structure after the entrance of the Czech Republic into the European structures is at present time often discussed problem, because its final form now is not known enough yet. After all it is possible already at present time consequently to prepare potential applicants that ask for the support for the financing of their projects from the sources of the European Union, for the preparation of applications for the financial support. That is why, because even though some details about the final form of the structural support from the European Union are not know enough yet, there exist enough information about the general form of the financial support structure. In the paper first there is generally described the system of the draw-down of the financial sources from the structural funds of the European Union. But because it concerns about the very good known issue, it will be discussed in brief on the level of mutual relations among basic program documents that serve as a frame of the support draw-down and on the level of basic information about the content of the particular program documents. The main problem, that will be in the frame of the paper solved, will be the analysis of the content of the program appendixes related with the particular operation programs and the formulation of their importance for the applicants for the support in the case of the preparation of the application for the financial grant for the realization of the particular projects.
