Original Abstract

Vysoce čistá skla o složení (GeS2)100-x(In2S3)x (x=0,10,20,30) byla připravena přímou syntézou. Skla byla homogenní a s velkou propustností do oblasti střední IR oblasti. Struktura skla byla studována pomocí IR a Ramanopvy spektroskopie. Termická stabilita byla sledována pomocí DTA a DSC techniky.

English abstract

High purity glasses of (GeS2)100-x(In2S3)x (x=0,10,20,30), were prepared by direct synthesis. The glasses were homogeneous of high optical transmission from visible to mid IR region(=10 m). The structure of individual glasses was studied by IR and Raman spectroscopy. The termal stability was evaluated using differential thermal analysis (DTA) combined differential scanning calorimatry (DSC).
