Original Abstract

Tato práce je revizním znaleckým posudkem. Obsahem je nález (protokol o nehodě, plánek nehody, fotodokumentace, výpovědi účastníků nehody a svědků, vyšetřovací pokus, přezkoumávané znalecké posudky RNDr. Skácela a Ing. Rochly, technická data vozidla, atd.) a posudek (rozbor svědeckých výpovědí, způsob vzniku poranění chodce, možnosti odvrácení střetu , vyjádření ke znaleckým posudkům, odpovědi na zadané otázky).

English abstract

This work is an audit expert opinion. There are a finding (an accident protocol, a map of accident, a photo documentation, answers of accident participants and witnesses, investigative experiment, controlled expert opinions of RNDr. Skácel Ing. Rochla, technical parameters of the vehicle, etc.) and an opinion (analysis of witness testimony, method of pedestrian injuries, an analysis of traffic accident, chance of reverse of traffic crash, expressions on the expert's opinions, answers to given questions) in the content.
