Original Abstract

Úkolem tohoto revizního znaleckého posudku bylo provést komplexní analýzu nehodového děje a přezkoumat znalecký posudek, podaný znalcem v oboru doprava, odvětví silniční a městská a zodpovědět uvedené otázky položené opatřením soudu. Na vznik a průběh předmětné nehody je možno usuzovat z fotodokumentace nehody, rozsahu a způsobu poškození vozidla, zranění chodce, z korespondence poškození x zranění, z výpovědí řidiče a svědků dané DN.

English abstract

The task of the expert opinion of the review was to analyze the nehodového happening and examine expert opinion submitted by an expert in the field of transport, industry and urban road and answer the questions put to the court measure. The development and course of the accident in question can be deduced from photographs of accident, extent and method of vehicle damage, pedestrian injuries, damage from the correspondence x injury, the testimony of witnesses and the driver of the DN.
