Original Abstract

The aim of this study was development and characterization of artifical PHA granules working as a delivery system for native proteins. Particles were prepared using Reverese Phase Evaporation method and characterized in terms of encapsulation efficiency and properties by DLS, SEM, UV-VIS and other methods.
