Original Abstract
Pri proyektirovanii sostava i proizvodstve legkikh teploizolyacionnykh shtukaturok s ochen' nizkim ob“yomnym vesom yavlyaetsya osnovnoi problemoi optimalizatsiya teploizolyacionnykh i mekhanicheskikh svoistv. V statye privodyatsya rezultaty issledovanii legkikh teploizolyacionnykh shtukaturok s ochen nizkim obyomnym vesom na osnove legkogo poristigo zapolnitelya i neorganicheskogo vyazhushchego. Na pervom etape issledovaniya v vide vyazhushchego byla ispolzovana smes pushonki i portlandskogo cementa. V dalneishem chast cementa byla zamenena metakaolinom – v etom sluchae pri odinakovom sootnoshenii sostavnykh vyazhushchego ulichshilos sootnoshenie mezhdu teploizolyacionnymi i mekhanicheskimi svoistvami zatverdevshey legkoi teploizolyacionnoi shtukaturki.
English abstract
When designing and manufacturing the lightweight thermal insulation plasters with very low density, we very often have to deal with the problem of optimizing the thermal insulation and mechanical properties. This paper describes the results from the field of development of lightweight thermal insulation plasters with very low density on the basis of light porous aggregates and inorganic binder. As a binder, there was a mixture of lime putty or lime hydrate and Portland cement used in the first phase of the research. The paper deals with the possibility of replacing the Portland cement by metakaolin which should, with the same dosing, significantly improve the ratio of thermal insulation and mechanical properties of hardened thermal insulating plaster.
