Original Abstract

Celosvětovým trendem v cementářském průmyslu je snaha o maximální využití neslínkových materiálů a současně o snižování množství portlandského slínku na tunu cementu. Článek je zaměřen na možnosti využití cementů s nižší ekologickou a ekonomickou náročností tzv. green cementů v betonech a na jejich ovlivňování fyzikálně - mechanických vlastností betonů. Zkušební tělesa navržených betonových receptur jsou navržena z betonu třídy C 30/37. Sledován byl zejména vliv na trvanlivost betonu ve vybraných agresivních prostředích. Používáním green cementů je možné dosáhnout jak srovnatelných fyzikálně-mechanických hodnot tak současně také ekonomických benefitů.

English abstract

Global trend in the cement industry is trying to maximize neslínkových materials and at the same time reducing the amount of Portland cement clinker per tonne. The article is focused on the possibility of using cements with lower environmental and economic demands of the green cement in concrete and their influence on physico - mechanical properties of concrete. Concrete test specimens suggested recipes are designed with concrete class C 30/37. Was observed mainly affect the durability of concrete in aggressive environments selected. By using green cement can be achieved as comparable physico-mechanical properties at the same time as economic benefits.
