Original Abstract

In the first part of this paper, the Cox model for reliability characteristics modeling is described. In the second part of this paper, the Cox model is enhanced by factor analysis which allows to estimate all reliability characteristics. Obtained results are compared with real behavior of tested power oil transformers during operation.
